This site is operated by Stara Hospitality Group, LLC ("we," "us," "our") for Old Mill by Stara, a Polish restaurant opening in Costa Mesa, California. If you submit a job application through our hiring form, the information you provide (including any resume link you share) is used solely for recruitment purposes and is sent to us via Web3Forms. We do not sell or share applicant information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Reservations

Once reservations open, they will be subject to availability and any policies posted at that time (such as party size limits, deposit requirements, or cancellation windows). Nothing on this site currently constitutes a confirmed reservation or contract for service.
